9.1 Monitoring, measurement, analysis and evaluation

In ISO 22301:2019 the clause 9.1 requires organizations to establish processes for monitoring, measurement, analysis and evaluation of their Business Continuity Management System. It calls for defining what is to be measured, how data are collected and analyzed, and how results are reviewed to determine effectiveness, identify opportunities for improvement and ensure compliance with the standard.
