Clause 9 - Performance Evaluation

Clause 9 of ISO 22301:2019 specifies the performance evaluation requirements for a business continuity management system, mandating that organizations monitor, measure, analyse and evaluate the BCMS effectiveness, conduct internal audits, and perform management reviews to ensure continual improvement and alignment with resilience objectives.
