5.2 Anti-bribery policy

Entry 5_2 of ISO 37001:2016 requires the organization to develop a documented anti-bribery policy that reflects its commitment to preventing bribery, outlines prohibited conduct, and sets out the responsibilities of personnel at all levels. Top management must approve the policy, communicate it throughout the organization, and ensure it is regularly reviewed for effectiveness.
