Clause 5 - Leadership

Clause 5 of ISO 37001:2016 requires top management to demonstrate leadership and commitment to the anti-bribery management system, establishing an anti-bribery policy, assigning roles, and ensuring resources and communication are in place. It also mandates that leaders integrate anti-bribery objectives into the organization's strategic direction and promote a culture of ethical conduct.
