8.10 Investigating and dealing with bribery

ISO 37001:2016 clause 8.10 requires that an organization set up systematic procedures to detect, investigate and respond to suspected bribery, preserve relevant evidence, and take corrective actions, including disciplinary measures or legal reporting, to prevent recurrence and maintain compliance with the anti-bribery management system.
