Clause 8 - Operation

Clause 8 of ISO 37001:2016 details the operational requirements for an anti-bribery management system, specifying how organizations must plan, implement and control processes to prevent bribery. It covers risk assessment, due-diligence, training, communication, monitoring, and record-keeping, and assigns responsibilities for executing and reviewing anti-bribery controls throughout the organization.
