8.2 Due diligence

Clause 8.2 of ISO 37001 requires organizations to establish due-diligence procedures that identify, assess and mitigate bribery risks linked to their activities, partners and transactions. It calls for systematic risk assessments, verification of third parties and ongoing monitoring to ensure compliance with the anti-bribery policy.
