8.9 Raising concerns

Clause 8.9 requires an organization to establish and maintain a process by which employees and other interested parties can raise concerns or report suspected bribery in a safe and confidential manner, ensuring that reporters are protected from retaliation and that reports are investigated promptly and appropriately.
