10.2 Continual improvement

Clause 10.2 of ISO 39001:2012 requires an organization to establish, implement and maintain a systematic approach for continually improving its road-traffic-safety management system. It mandates the use of performance data, internal audits, corrective actions and management reviews to identify opportunities and drive higher safety outcomes over time.
