Clause 10 - Improvement

Clause 10 of ISO 39001:2012 sets out the requirements for continual improvement of a road-traffic-safety management system. It obliges organisations to monitor safety performance, identify non-conformities, implement corrective actions and evaluate the effectiveness of those actions. The clause also requires systematic review of the system to enhance results, reduce accident risk and achieve higher levels of road-traffic safety over time.
