10.1 Nonconformity and corrective action

Section 10.1 of ISO 41001:2018 requires organizations to establish a process for identifying and documenting nonconformities in the facility-management system, determine their causes, and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence. The clause also mandates reviewing the effectiveness of those actions, maintaining records, and ensuring continual improvement of the management system.
