Clause 10 - Improvement

Clause 10 of ISO 41001:2018 defines the requirements for continual improvement of a facility-management system, obligating the organization to monitor performance, address nonconformities, implement corrective actions and pursue opportunities that enhance the effectiveness and efficiency of its FM processes.
