4.2 Understanding needs and expectations of interested parties

Clause 4.2 of ISO 41001:2018 requires the organization to determine who the interested parties are and to understand their needs and expectations that can affect its facility-management system. It involves gathering relevant information, analysing those requirements and documenting how they shape the scope, objectives and continual improvement of the FM system.
