Clause 4 - Context of the Organization

Clause 4 of ISO 41001:2018 requires a facility-management organization to identify and analyze internal and external factors that affect its purpose and its FM management system, determine the needs and expectations of relevant interested parties, and define the scope of the system accordingly.
