9.2 Internal audit

Clause 9.2 requires the organization to plan and conduct internal audits of its facility-management system at defined intervals, ensuring that processes meet ISO 41001 requirements and identifying non-conformities and opportunities for improvement. Audits must be objective, documented, and results communicated to relevant personnel for corrective action.
