Clause 9 - Performance Evaluation

Clause 9 of ISO 41001:2018 requires organizations to monitor, measure, analyze and evaluate the performance of their facility-management system. It mandates internal audits, management review and the use of relevant data to determine conformity, effectiveness and opportunities for continual improvement.
