Clause 4 - Context of the Organization

Clause 4 of ISO 45001:2018 requires an organization to identify relevant internal and external issues that affect its occupational health and safety objectives, understand the needs and expectations of workers and other interested parties, and define the scope and boundaries of its OHS management system accordingly.
