6.4 Energy performance indicators

Clause 6.4 of ISO 50001:2018 requires organizations to define, calculate and monitor energy performance indicators that reflect key aspects of energy use and efficiency, linking them to established objectives and targets. These indicators must be measurable, appropriate to the organization's scope, and used to evaluate improvement over time.
