Clause 6 - Planning

Clause 6 of ISO 50001:2018 sets out the planning requirements for an energy management system. It requires organizations to establish energy objectives, targets and action plans based on a review of energy performance, legal requirements and significant energy uses. The clause also covers risk identification and the development of a documented energy management plan.
