Clause 5 - Leadership

Clause 5 of ISO 50001:2018 defines the leadership responsibilities for an energy management system. It requires top management to demonstrate commitment, establish an energy policy, assign roles and authorities, and ensure the provision of resources needed to achieve continual improvement in energy performance.
