Category III - Ammunition and Ordnance

Category III includes all ammunition, rockets, missiles, bombs, mines, grenades and related ordnance, as well as their components, accessories and parts, that are designed for use with weapons listed on the United States Munitions List. Export, reexport or temporary import of these items to foreign persons requires a license from the State Department under the International Traffic in Arms Regulations.
