Part 121 - The United States Munitions List

Part 121 of the International Traffic in Arms Regulations is the United States Munitions List, which enumerates defense articles, services and related technical data subject to export control. It identifies items whose manufacture, transfer or use is regulated for national security and foreign policy reasons, and determines when a license is required for export, re-export or temporary import.
