National Inventory Reports

National Inventory Reports are periodic submissions by Parties to the UNFCCC that detail their greenhouse-gas emissions and removals using standardized methodology. These reports provide the quantitative basis for tracking each country's progress toward its Paris Agreement mitigation commitments and for informing global stocktakes.
