Article 13 - Enhanced Transparency Framework

Article 13 creates an enhanced transparency framework that requires all Parties to regularly submit national inventory reports and implementation reports, and to undergo technical expert reviews and multilateral assessments. The system aims to build trust, ensure accountability, and facilitate the global stocktake by providing comparable, consistent and transparent information on emissions, mitigation actions and support.
