Use of Agents (Art 19)

Under PSD2 Article 19, payment service providers may appoint agents to act on their behalf in delivering payment services. Agents can be natural or legal persons, must be identified to the provider, and the provider remains liable to the user for the agent's actions, subject to transparency and compliance requirements.
