Title II - Payment Service Providers

Title II of the EU Payment Services Directive 2 sets out the framework for payment service providers, defining the categories of entities such as banks, payment institutions and electronic-money institutions that may offer payment services and establishing the authorization, registration and supervisory requirements they must meet.
