Sec 3007 - Inspections

Under the Resource Conservation and Recovery Act, Section 3007 authorizes EPA and authorized state agencies to conduct inspections of facilities that treat, store, or dispose of hazardous waste to verify compliance with permitting, recordkeeping and reporting requirements, and to enforce corrective actions when violations are identified.
