Title VI - Evaluation

Title VI of the REACH regulation sets out the evaluation process for chemical substances, where the European Chemicals Agency reviews registration dossiers and conducts scientific assessments to verify safe use. The evaluation determines whether additional risk-management measures or further data are required to protect human health and the environment.
