DBP - max 0.1% (added RoHS 3)

DBP, or dibutyl phthalate, is limited to a maximum of 0.1 % by weight in any homogeneous material under the EU RoHS Directive, a restriction that was introduced with the RoHS 3 amendment. This limit applies to electronic and electrical equipment placed on the EU market.
