DIBP - max 0.1% (added RoHS 3)

Diisobutyl phthalate (DIBP) is a plasticiser that may be present in electronic and electrical equipment. Under the EU RoHS 2 directive its concentration is limited to a maximum of 0.1 % by weight in any homogeneous material, a restriction that was introduced with the later RoHS 3 amendment. This limit aims to reduce exposure to hazardous substances in consumer products.
