Corporate Governance Regulations

The "governance" entry in the SEC's Key Regulations (17 CFR) sets out the rules public companies must follow to maintain effective corporate governance, including board structure, fiduciary duties, disclosure obligations and shareholder-rights protections. These regulations are designed to enhance transparency, accountability and investor confidence in U.S. securities markets.
