Sec 11 - Inspections and Subpoenas

Section 11 of the Toxic Substances Control Act authorizes the EPA to conduct inspections of facilities that manufacture, process, or otherwise handle chemical substances and to issue subpoenas for records, testimony, or other evidence; it also sets out the procedural rules, notice requirements, and penalties for failure to comply.
