Sec 14 - Confidential Business Information (CBI)

Section 14 of the Toxic Substances Control Act protects confidential business information submitted to the EPA, allowing manufacturers and processors to withhold trade secrets, formulas, processes, or other proprietary data from public disclosure, while still permitting the agency to use the information for regulatory purposes.
