Sec 6 - Prioritization and Risk Evaluation/Management

Section 6 of the Toxic Substances Control Act gives the EPA authority to prioritize chemicals for review and to conduct risk evaluation and management. It sets out procedures for selecting high-concern substances, assessing their hazards, and implementing risk-based actions to protect health and the environment.
