Sec 8 - Reporting and Retention of Information

Section 8 of the Toxic Substances Control Act requires manufacturers, importers and processors of chemical substances to submit required reports to the EPA and to retain supporting data and records for specified periods, ensuring that information on new chemicals, existing chemicals and test results is available for regulatory review and public access.
