Part XV - Settlement of Disputes

Part XV of the United Nations Convention on the Law of the Sea sets out the procedures for resolving disputes over the interpretation or application of the Convention. It provides for settlement through the International Tribunal for the Law of the Sea, the International Court of Justice, arbitration, or special arbitral tribunals, allowing parties to select their preferred method.
