Clause 4 - Context of the Organization

Clause 4 of ISO 22301:2019 directs organizations to define the context in which their Business Continuity Management System operates, identifying relevant internal and external issues, interested parties and their requirements, and establishing the scope of the system. This foundational analysis informs the planning, implementation and continual improvement of business continuity measures.
